i love trains. i've always loved the look of trains but i have never been on one. until recently. i hate waiting. unless on a train. i can wait all day on a train. in fact i never want to get off.

my family is an imperfect one. and it continues to be. the only difference now is my ability to appreciate the struggles that my parents went through and making me a part of that journey called life. i see alot of my father in me today and i like what i see. thank you pa.
to all fathers out there, have a wonderful father's day.

how are you? i am still trying to cope with jet lag and have attempted on three occasions to write this post but before I get to complete it, i fall asleep on my arm.
seattle was lovely. the streets, the people, oh the people were warm and friendly. everytime i stuck myself in a corner trying to read the map, someone would stop by to ask if I needed help. i also loved pikemarket, the gorgeous flowers, fresh produce and many artists. i had my fair share of cherries and clam chowder! we were lucky to be blessed with great weather. it didn't rain not even for a day and so i didn't need to use the brolly i brought. i also loved the street performers from the guitarist to the jugglers and singers. i wished i had all the spare change to give especially to the homeless. cyndi thinks this is the reason why i should never visit india.
all in all, i loved seattle but at the same time, it's good to be home.
